The First Visit – What to Expect

Your first visit with Alexia is approximately 75-90 minutes depending on your concerns.

Alexia will work together with you to develop a treatment plan that is sustainable and effective for your needs.

Treatment may or may not be offered at the first visit depending on the complexity of your concerns.

Alexia’s goal is to help you become all that you can be regardless of what limitations may be affecting you at present.
